Tyler LePard has worked in and volunteered with a variety of reproductive health organizations, as well as in other progressive causes. Her background includes advocacy, public policy, communications, and direct health services. Tyler is currently Media Manager for Population Action International. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Public Policy from George Washington University. See Tyler's blog.

Tyler has been called a "pro-abortion spy" for her reporting on anti-contraception activities, but that does not deter her passion for reproductive justice. In addition to writing about sexual and reproductive health and rights, she enjoys clinic escorting, lobbying for animal welfare, and standing up for LGBTQ rights. She volunteers with the Washington Area Clinic Defense Task Force (WACDTF) and the DC Abortion Fund (DCAF).

Originally from the Northwest region of the country, Tyler now lives in Washington, D.C. She is a movie-addict, enjoys knitting and loves to ride her bicycle.
