Stephan Adelson

Stephan Adelson is the previous General Manger of Manhunt.net, the President of Adelson Consulting Services Incorporated and the Executive Director of the nonprofit Internet Intervention Incorporated. He is currently working under an agreement with the National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD), providing support and technical assistance to departments of health and funded agencies in regards to the use of technology in HIV/STD disease intervention programs and the integration of health into online communities. He has worked in committee with the NCSD to develop the National Guidelines for HIV/STD Internet Interventions and is currently working with the CDC in the development of guidelines for Internet-Based Partner Services. He also provides assistance to health departments in the development of guidelines, protocols, and training materials related to the use of social media and other technology-based tools for disease intervention, prevention and education efforts.
