Priscilla is a 2006 graduate of American University, Washington College of Law, where she was a Public Interest/Public Service Scholar. In law school, she served as a student attorney with the Women and the Law Clinic and taught a high school Constitutional Law class. Priscilla has worked on gender-based employment discrimination cases at Equal Rights Advocates, performed policy work at the National Abortion Federation, and volunteered with the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center. She also co-founded the American University chapter of Law Students for Choice and is currently on LSFC’s national board. Prior to law school, Priscilla coordinated after-school programs at an emergency homeless shelter for women and children as an AmeriCorps volunteer. She also worked as a child case manager at a transitional housing program for families with a history of homelessness and domestic violence.
