Nosipho Dlamini is the Head of Programs at the Lutheran Development Service (LDS) in Swaziland. Her academic background is in social sciences, with a college degree in sociology and public administration and a postgraduate degree in social development and social policy. 

Prior to joining LDS, Nosipho worked for World Vision Swaziland and Leadership Regional Network (LeaRN), an initiative of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Africa Program.  Her passion is in transformational participatory development and the belief in self-drive mindsets as a premise for sustained impact.
