Moisés is a Medical Doctor graduated form the University of Chile, currently finishing a Master of Bioethics degree. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Planned Parenthood Federation / Western Hemisphere Region and part of the International Planned Parenthood Federation Governing Council. A 26 years old activist, he is one of the members of the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights. His interests are in many areas, but especially in bioethics, organizational development of NGOs, women's rights and sexual and reproductive rights.
