Margo Kaplan is the Supervising Human Rights Attorney at the Center for HIV Law and Policy in New York. Her work focuses on legal and policy advocacy strategies that advance a human rights-based approach to HIV advocacy, particularly on behalf of women, youth, and communities of color. Margo received a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an M.P.A. from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
