Imane Khachani
Imane Khachani, 28, is a Medical Doctor from Morocco and holds a Masters degree in International Public Health. She currently works as a Chief Project Officer at the Moroccan Agency for Social Development and is an Associate Researcher at the National Institute for Public Health Administration in Rabat. She is a member of the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights and a dedicated sexual and reproductive health and rights activist.

We urgently need to make adolescent girls and young women a priority in research, legal reforms, and funding. Only by doing so can our societies overcome the "indecent inequality" of maternal death.
