Heather Angele Busby is an attorney currently working with the Texas Advocacy Project, a domestic violence legal services nonprofit, and an active member of the Central Texas Coalition Against Human Trafficking.  For the past ten years, Heather has devoted her spare time to abortion assistance funding and in 2001, she co-founded The Lilith Fund, an abortion assistance fund based in Austin, TX.  During law school she also co-founded a chapter of Law Students for Reproductive Justice and served on the LSRJ board for two years.  She now serves on the boards of the Lilith Fund and the National Network of Abortion Funds.  She would be tempted to give up all that glamour, however, if someone were to offer her a job as a travel writer and photographer.
