Brook Kelly
Brook Kelly is the HIV Human Rights Attorney for WORLD’s U.S. National Positive Women’s Network where she works within a human rights framework to increase access to justice for HIV-positive women in the United States. After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC, she was a judicial clerk in the United States Court for the Southern District of New York for the Honorable Judge Ronald L. Ellis, and subsequently, a Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellow supported by the Ford Foundation to work on issues of human rights, women and HIV/AIDS in Washington D.C.
