independentminded

I am a silversmith and a piano tuner residing in a large artists' community located in a city just north of Boston. My other interests are bicycling, walking, movies (especially great golden oldie-but-goody classic movies of the 1960's and early to mid-1970's), and exotic birds.  As for my politics, my username on here kind of says it all;  I'm mostly quite liberal in my thinking, which has been tempered with a small dose of independentness and other ways of thinking.
