I thought we all decided that abstinence only education doesn’t work. And I don’t mean “we” as in the pro-choice reproductive rights community—I mean students, teachers, parents, school boards, and even the president. But I guess some members of congress didn’t get the memo.

Anti-choicers insincere opposition to federally-funded reproductive health programs is the height of hypocrisy considering their slew of debacles lately. From crisis pregnancy centers that have been proven to provide false information to abstinence-only programs that put young people in peril, taxpayers have been funding failed policies for too long.
