A judge in Colorado is determining whether an anti-choice protester has gone too far by standing in the driveway of a clinic when handing out leaflets.

A video unearthed by ThinkProgress finds Ken Buck telling a a room full of GOP supporters that he "does not believe int he separation of church and state," because it is not in the Constitution. Oh, and his religious beliefs apparently don't proscribe lying.

Amendment 62 in Colorado is sponsored by a Fetal Separatist movement that seeks to legally separate pregnant women and the fertilized eggs, embryos and fetuses inside them, depriving women of their right to life and liberty.

Amendment 62 kicks it up a notch with both sides pushing a little too hard, and an Ohio judge allows teens to marry without parental consent to protect the daughter from an alleged abortion.
