VIDEO: Birth Control At Risk in Proposed HHS Regulation

In Maine, a state that's progressive on reproductive health, family planning providers are concerned about contraceptive and health care access issues already.  So a proposed new regulation from the Department of Health and Human Services, that would expand protections for providers who would deny women birth control and other reproductive health services, has them outraged.
