Despicable. Another incremental attack on abortion rights using conservative ideology and partisan politics. Sad when judges and lawmakers have a greater say in medical decisions than doctors and patients.

Is this really our country? Does it really not put any faith in women, or families, or our medical profession (you know...the experts in medicine) to make their own medical decisions?

I've also noticed from today's news coverage that we have definitely lost the terminology battle - "partial birth" is splashed all over the papers.
